10 May 2023, 09:16 Trash Service I've been buying online from these guys for years. First time I tried to log a return, their system wouldn't allow me. Tried for 2 days, called on the 3rd day, they tell me I'll get an email advising of the pickup. Called 2 days later, they said the same thing.

I've been sitting here with an item that's falsely displayed on their website (the item on arrival looked different) for weeks now with no communication from these guys.

Trash service!!

Mind you, no company has asked me for pictures of items I'm returning. You guys play too much!! For a company as big as you, this is ridiculous...

Called them, they put me on hold for 15 minutes

Asked can't they call back, they say NO!!

I waited and waited...

They come back and said has the item been picked up, I said yes!!

They come back to me, saying nothing is showing from their side. They'll investigate and call back!!??

Its a week later.

They said they will call me back the same day I called on the 19th May 2023, THEY DIDNT CALL.

I had to call in. First attempt: Explain everything to the consultant, he puts me on hold for 5 min, call is dropped from their side.

I call again, they put me on hold AGAIN!!

They come back saying they will call me back in a minute!!!! SINCE...

WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS HUH.....
