Makro Online Purchase Nightmare encouraged by Standard Bank U Count rewards.

Because I earn standard bank U-count Rewards for placing and online order with Makro, I Placed an online order with Makro on the 31st of July 2023, considering the 2-5 days for delivery no items has been received to date! I have been told that this package has been handed to WUM drop for delivery, called WUM drop and they say that the driver has been to Makro Woodmead 5 times and staff there cannot locate my order, called Makro woodmead then was told that they will look on the shelf and hand to courier(not sure if this will be the same shelf that cannot locate my order) every call made to either store , head office and other There was no apologetic reaction or assurance on when my order will be received, every staff regarding this does not know what's going on and it feels like I'm a dealing with home affairs...will definitely rethink the next time I want to shop there.
