* email send to Makro today my matter has not been resolved. took this wrong item to Makro Crown mines. I have tried numerous times to do online returns however, your system is unfriendly and could not move to the next steps to accept returns. Was thinking it would be dealt with on the spot since I went to the Game store to get this charger the same as the one I ordered online. I had to spend more money to purchase it.

Now I received 2 calls ***) including an email from Makro customer care, I have been telling them the same thing, that the item is sitting at Makro Crown mines. It was taken off my hands by Returns manager Nollen. She promised to resolve these issues and gave me her office number. To my surprise the same number is not going through ***, not sure if she deliberately gave me wrong numbers.

I am not pleased with the treatment I am receiving at Makro. I want my refund back, not store voucher. This is tiring to receive calls that are meaningless with less knowledge of how to resolve this issue.
