Makro continues with worst customer service

Order Number MAK*** from Makro online was ordered on 01 October 2021 with the advertised delivery of 2-5 working days. The order has still not been delivered and today is day 13. Multiple effort to contact and get status of the order has failed as the consultants keep on promsing to call back but this does not happen. Disappointed by this poor customer service as i expected a lot more from such a big store brand in South Africa. Will never buy from Makro online again.
