Order was placed on the 1 Aug , 2 Aug I visited our local makro in kraaifontein to see if they could assist with an eta on delivery, FFW to the 6th, send an email, get no response, 7th send email, no response, so phone the call centre to see if I can resolve it, lady tells me they will be in contact, 8th, whole day, nothing, phone call centre again, says it will be escalated , 9th nothing because its a public holiday, 10th package has been packed, yet till today, the 12th no a single shred of communication, no eta on my order, nothing. Just one person after each other , passing the buck. Will 100% NEVER use makro again.
