******ion of money for warranty repairs
Game is ******ing money from me for an in-warranty Samsung microwave I dropped off for repairs. The microwave was bought for R2000; however, the repair quote provided is R1800 and R350 if I reject the quote. None of this was disclosed at sale nor when I dropped off the microwave for repairs. The Samsung microwave is under warranty; however, I am being ******ed for money.

06 Dec 2024, 08:56 I just received a call from Game claiming that I know about terms and conditions that I must pay for the repairs. It's a lie!!! When I bought the microwave, I was asked for my money! No contracts or policies were signed, or terms and conditions presented to me. All this is a lie! I need my refund or the microwave repaired or replaced. I will not pay the ******ion fee of R350 to have my microwave released either.
