horrible service

<p>i always buy my groceries @ your store in diepkloof Soweto (bara), today around 11am i went to the store to do my groceries, & i went to the butcher to weigh some meat....so i wanted a couple of different meat so the guy who was asistang me decided to go & help someone else while i still needed some help, when i asked him why he threw a hand at me speaking in his mother tongue which i do not understand & his facial expression changed, asked him to assist me and he ingonred me continuing speaking and throwing hands & turning his back on me, i asked for his name he said he does n ot have a name...went to the front and i was told that Cedric who is the store manager is not available, the manager at the butcher was there but he was not interested he looked at me as if i'm crazy & he said he does not want to get invloved we went at the back and he only gave me the name of the guy who was rude at me Phelelani and he walked away he also refused to give me his name...now my question is i'm a regular customer there i spent over R900 every 2nmd week at your store and this how i get treated, even today after the bad service i received i spent over R1200 so if this is how your staff treat client i will refrain from shopping at your store and will spread word of mouth to friends & family as well.</p>
