Horrible Customer Experience

What a horrible shopping experience with Sunshine cash & carry on 21 Roodepoort plaza center, Main Reef & Van Wyk street. I waited 2hours 30 minutes in a queue to pay for my groceries & when we complain about the staff & cashier were extremely rude & sarcastic towards customers knowing very well that no management is on sight. We were treated as if we were donated with food parcels wether we like treatment or not, we deserve the sarcasm becsuse it a Black marketed business & no any other racial people. In that store there are no customer's rights, fork lifts operate on a busy business hours, lack of work ethics within their staff, birds flying inside the store, rats running their own operation while it's food wholesalers. Its clear that no inspection of some sort is being done there. Extremely frustrated after being ther today & cancelled my appointment for the day.
