Harrasment and abuse of language

<p>The store was about to close and I was taking a tub of magerine a guy called Thomas hit my hand with the fridge cover and he kept on shouting at me telling me , my mom and sister that we are wasting his time they want to close. He then pulled the trolley from us and using abuse language (banyela lama Shanghai). I feel my rights are violated. a guy called Themba tried to calm him down instead he kept shouting. I had a very bad shopping experience and having spent R1649 with that kind of shopping experience. If these people are trained properly I don't think we would experience such behavior</p>
