Game - your service (and especially your emails) suck

Massmart Game is useless! I ordered a bike and the following happened: My payment went through 2x I had someone on the phone that same day who sent an email asking for POPs or the payments and my banking details, which I sent through I got notification that the bike would be delivered the next day The next day (day 2) I got notification that the delivery was delayed. Plus I got another email from a different person asking for the same documentation. I got another notification that the bike would be delivered the next day Day 3 I got another email from another person again asking for the same documentation, and that the bike would delivered. So far - nothing!!! How hard is this?? NEVER AGAIN!!!
