Game online (Massmart) - No TV received after 26 days

Game online (Massmart) - No TV received after 26 days I order and paid for Two JVC 42" FHD SMART LED LT-42N750 on 30th May 2021. I have only received 1 TV on 10th June 2021. I have emailed and phone Game to ask them where is my TV, they say they will look into and get back to me last week. They contacted me last week and said it will be shipped. A week later still nothing. I phoned again yesterday! The lady promised to get back to me (still waiting). I run a Guest House - I cannot tell my Guests I am still waiting for my TV from Game after 3 Weeks -- they think I'm lying. I am very disappointed with Game's Communication and costumer treatment. I asked them why can't the Local Game store Help me with another TV. "They said its a different company!!" Shocking no one has helped me yet. Is there anyone taht can help. Out of desperation, I been contacting them and putting messages on social media since Monday!!!
