Further disatisfaction with group store web sites

This review also posted under Massmart Holding today My review of Massmart Retail of 3 August refers: "Your stores - specifically Makro, Game & Builders Warehouse - have really poor web sites. Not a pleasure to visit. Makro and Game sites provide insufficient product detail (and not referring to dishcloths or plasticware but higher priced stuff) and builders is so inconsistent with prices - some listed items showing price and many not" A further annoyance is conflicting info appearing in Google Search/Shopping for a specific product and where incorrect/out of date shipping info is presented Refer specifically Makro Customer Care Request #*** of 9 Sept and re Rottner Ashford Antique Mailbox Product ID : T05667. Google Shopping search results show the item with a statement that shipping on the item is r90. When I order online the shipping comes out at r 275 (and I am totally aware of the third part vendor involvement etc etc etc for the subject item} I queried this and response from your Nthabeleng Tikoe of Customer Care was that "It's possible the picture on goggle was last posted when we had a fixed amount of R90 delivery fee." No apology for the discrepancy and a "take it or leave it" unstated inference that 275 is the shipping cost, so there! It begs the question: If you expect to generate sales and revenue from your participation in Google Shopping then you should ensure that all info present in the Google search results is 100% correct?
