Expired butter on the shelf

I'm so disappointed about Cambridge at bara hotel I went there to grab few things among those things it was two delight butters only to find they expired on the 14/07/2018 I don't understand why would they still keep expired things on the shelf as I was in a hurry I did not manage to check for the expiring date only my daughter made me aware when I get home I'm so very very angry that no one check the merchandise things on the shelf
