Makro online is the worse service, rather use Takealot. Do not use Makro online. Makro made a mistake and delivered a cancelled order and they charged me for it. I have been calling and emailing everyday for over a week, the consultants on all platforms lack customer service. Obakeng, a consultant on the live chat, ended the chat in the middle of my query.
