Dissapointed

This morning I visit Cambridge store Town centre Mitchell's plain to purchase my daily goods for my family like bread, milk and I always enjoy the sweet cakes at the bakery. As I browsed through the supermarket I noticed the comforters are on sale for R129,99 and amongst those was a comforter marked for R100 and written on "dye" which I noticed was a stain on however I was still interested in as there's nothing a hand wash can't do. I got to the till and the friendly cashier called the supervisor to override the comforter to the price marked on it however the female supervisor by the name of "Tsakala" refused. She advised she will have to find out if it's possible and get back. As I waited for about 10 minutes while the cashier assisted other customers another female supervisor returned and told me the store manager advised the priced marked on it is incorrect and not aware of the marked down. I asked her if I could speak to the manager as I cannot blame her for the feedback she received from the store manager. She then returned again with the previous supervisor Tsakala and Tsakala was extremely disrespectful telling me the store manager is busy "upstairs" with an irritated tone and its impossible for the comforter to be marked down and advised its "someone" who wrote on it but not the staff therefore it cannot be sold for price marked on it irrespective if that's what I saw. I was extremely upset about this and paid for my goods that was pending at the till and left the store unhappy as a customer.
