Disgusting Service

Appalling service from the staff here, who seem clueless as to what they do, had to wait about an hour just to withdraw Standard Bank Instant Money, being told there's no one available to assist me. I am very much livid and won't be visiting their stores anytime soon. I would kindly advise the public to stay away if they want peace of mind as well. This was in Kwamashu Branch
