Disgusting refund service from Game Store

I have been given the run-around with Game Store and it is very disappointing and frustrating! Actually disgusting too! I want my refund please! This refund was requested on 19 April 2022. To date, I have been given various conflicting feedback on my refund! What is going on? Even the bigwigs do not answer or delegate to the finance team; to refund me! Absolutely sickening when these large corporates take our monies at the instant and when we request a refund, we have to beg, and that too without interest!!!!
