Disgusting, bad service with a dont care attitute.

On Saturday morning the 27th October 2018, I went past Cambridge Foods on 117 Warwick Avenue to buy a few things and withdraw. The queues were very long as expected, but was made me so furious is the very bad service and a dont care attitute some employees have towards customers. more like they are doing you a favour yet the customer is bringing in money. I stood in the queue for almost 45 mins and a lady that was infront of us paying was only told as she got to the til that the machine to swipe was not working after waiting in another queue rejoined our queue to be told as she is paying again, the supervisor who was walking up and down named Mphumelelo did not bother and was not bothered to let us know that the cards were not working , the cashier inform those closer to the til, I called the supervisor twice she ignored me than the third time i did it loudly and demanded for a manager as no one was interested, there was another lady which the cashier requested assistance from to get her a tin of milk and she said she was on tea at 7 am and walked away. My problem is how can all tills have no packers especially on a day they know it will be busy, secondly why should a cashier be instructed by supervisor and manager to leave her till while supervisor is on the floor and fetch the tin of milk, what is the supervisors job? The service in that store is extremely disgusting and because i made a noise I was taken out of the line to go and pay at a till that had a machine that worked as I needed to swipe, but yet they still did not even put up a sign on the other til point advising customers it was cash only. I have never seen packers in that shop I don't know if they don't employ packers, but for a very busy store I cannot understand why they don't have packers and enough supervisors on the floor to assist cashiers when they need help like going elsewhere to fetch a tin of milk. Customers come first and should not be treated based on colour. If it was possible I will never set my foot in that shop.
