Cleaners with bad attitude

I went to Cambridge food in Bloed street this morning and i found a cleaner in the isle of bath soaps moping the floor and she shouted at me saying that can't you that the floor is wet. Why is she mopping the whole floor when she can see that there are clients doing shopping where are we supposed to do our shopping , I don't like to be treated like a child and she was talking to her fellow colleague laughing saying that i'm crazy they need to go for training for customer service clearly they think they don't see customers as nothing.
