On Friday upon requesting to purchase prepaid electricity, the cashier,while respectfully showing her the meter number to enter from the phone, that had a background the was on bright mode,she then proceeded to enter the water number when clearly both numbers have subheadings between the water meter number and the electricity prepaid meter,she was totally *********** to resolve the issue,no apology was done,a manager had to intervene to apologize on behalf of her,received insufficient service that resulted me to spend R220. I was informed that the water meter could not be voided for me to get a voucher for the prepaid electricity.
