Bogus Compititions

First time doing groceries at Cambridge Randburg and based on the statements some friends made about the store I’m disappointed to say that it wasn’t what I expected. They started a promotion on the 24th June 2016 however they don’t have the relevant cards for that promotion. The gumba promotion says that for every R100.00 spent you get a card and when you collect all 10 cards you get R200.00

Firstly I spent I spent R2400.00 so I should have gotten 24 cards but cause I was the only customer who asked it, they went looking for cards and only found 10. Secondly I have to collect 10 different cards to claim the R200.00 however all the cards were the same so there were no different cards amongst the cards they gave. What are the odds? How can all 10 cards be the same if they have printed cards that are different?

So I assume they give customers all the same cards and there’s no ways anyone can collect all different cards so there’s no R200.00 to claim. After spending R2400.00 I would expect such an establishment to be reputable but then again what can you expect if they didn’t even have any cards at all?

This seems to be a bogus promotion because I have never come across such incompetence is a store that I would have deemed reputable. How do you have a promotion running when you have fully pre-pared for it? How do you give me only 10 cards when 24 cards were due to me? How do I put my faith and money into your business where as you running bogus competitions?

I’ve not ever received such *********** service with any of the establishments I’ve dealt with and to think that I had faith in my friends advice that shopping there would be worth my while. I’ve lost faith in this store and I wouldn’t advice anyone to either waste their time on the competitions there let alone spend their money there.

What waste of my time…
