Bad Service at Game online

I've never seen such a bad Service from Game online shopping... Their portal allows to check out and pay and wait for weeks for your order only for them to tell you there is no stock of the items you purchased..... When you suggest a refund they tell you about 14 days.... Why did they let you buy what they don't have, they keep advertising what they don't have
