Bad service

On the 25 july 2018 me and my husband went to Cambridge mayibuye we got a poor customer service.when we get at the till the casiers where swearing at each other even calling each other by names and we ignore them and take out your grocery and put it on the table and casier tell us to bring closer grocery we didn't have problem we push it that number one secondly she asked us if we need plastic than my husband said yes one,then she scan 4 we asked why you scan because we want 1 and we also need a cheese we told her at cheese department they said you must come and get cheese she said go and pay it there.so we told her you giving us attitude and thats not a customer service .iyoh she told us that are we crying for customer service she than start swearing at us.we leave her and pay cheese at the cheese department as it was first normally they go and get it.so we went to supervisors to lay a complain that the casier at till 33 she not treating us well the superior went there and done nothing at all.she was not solving the problem but speaks for casier.so we not treated well we even went to supervisors she still swearing at us in front the supervisors and also supervisors was shouting at us.
