Bad customer service Game Vaal Mall

Game Vaal Mall customer services is very bad. I took out a extended warranty on my tv. My TV is now broken. I have reported it 7 of NOVEMBER 2022 and still no one has came to collect it for repairs. I will never buy anything at game again.
