Bad customer service

I honestly don't know where to start regarding the Bloed Street Cambridge foods store. The music is always loud, and the cashiers are clueless about customer service. The prices are always wrong, and when I informed the cashier his response was "I don't know what to tell you, maybe the price has gone up", and what upsets me tht is that they always shortchange you. You'll never get your full change, if it's R5,10 you only get R5. What do they do with all the 10c coins?
