Bad client service experience _ Game Makhado

I visited thier Game store in Makhado to return a laptop bought less than 7 days ago. The lady I found the customer service named Mmakoma was very friendly. She directed me and my younger sister to a lady who was standing at the door.

The lady named Josephine was rude from the beginning we greeted her and explained that we bought a laptop however lost the receipt but need a refund.

She started saying laptops cannot be refunded..while walking with us back to customer service She made rude remarks about me losing the receipt. When I explained to her it was removed by guys who work at the carwash she discredited my experience..telling me how she washes her car at the car wash but they never throw away her receipts.

She made me feel stupid infront of her colleagues. Josephine's service was the worst I have ever received in a retail store. To be honest when I left my blood pressure had shot up because of her treatment.
