Appalling customer service

I’m appalled at the service I got from a lady who was helping out in the kitchen at Cambridge Bree street I called the manager and she called her to reprimand her she still kept on shouting on top of her lungs how she doesn’t care what happens to this complaint and I stated I would escalate it to hello Peter. I felt disrespected and just underestimated because of the color of my skin and how she thought we are all the same I’m upset and feel she needs to be disciplined no one deserves to be treated like that I would like to follow up and an apology from her I work at Fnb bank city my name kutlwano Moletsane ***
