Alchohol shortage

Each n every week there is a special but with no stock, weeks ago there was millers but during the whole special there wasn't stock. I asked the packer who took me to the manager but she never showed any signs of apologising. As l write smirnof pine twist/storm its not on stock. I even asked for a raincheck but was told they don't door that. Iam one of your biggest customers, and all the staff knows me but the services l get are hell. Pls change
