Very poor service and bad attitude

I moved from Pretoria to PE end May. Removal truck came late, instead of 8h00 on Saturday 30 May 2015 arrived after 12h00 after several phone calls. Nearly missed flight to PE. Truck broke. Removal guy said that they will reload the furniture on another truck (a closed cargo!) at the warehouse. Cargo supposed to arrive on Monday 1 June at 8h00 in PE. Called the driver several times during the day. Furniture arrived after midnight on an OPEN TRAILER & 'bakkie', most of the furniture broken, soaked after heavy rains. Thrown on the trailer, uncovered, not packed in boxes & bubble wrap that was paid for and agreed on in contract! Some of the furniture were 'wrapped' in the curtains! The furniture that were not broken, were missing! I paid for a CLOSED CARGO, BOXES, BUBBLE WRAP! The driver told us that he worked for another company - Camash outsourced. We took several photos and videos. The next morning I phoned Carol from Camash. Did take Insurance option. Carol told us to get quotes for the furniture that was broken for insurance to pay. Several phone calls & emails nothing happened. Had to repair & replace most of furniture at own cost. Carol refuses to answer phone calls no feedback
