Unprofessional

This company is so unprofessional, firstly they were supposed to pickup my furniture at 10:00AM, I called them an hour later and they told me they'll be at my place around 17:00PM. Secondly, my bed feet were not the same and some of my stuff was left at the storage. I contacted Carol without success.
