Terrible moving company

They were suppose to move me - I had to keep trying to get hold of someone to find out why they were late. Finally got a Whats app back and then told to check my emails , which there wasn't any. They never let me know and I had to keep trying to get hold of them to find out if this was going to happen, after 4 hours of no joy they cancelled and I had to in hast try and get another company. They confirmed that I was refunded. This still hasn't happened.
