Bad Services

The service we received from this company was just: not acceptable! They kept on lying about the time they would arrive to load, even after we had a exact date reserved to move our furnisher, we had to twice move our airline ticket to accommodate their delay. We phoned the office numerous times with Carol not answering her phone to discuss the problem.They did pay the R148 per person to change the ticket, but it is much more than that, car hire, accommodation, and the inconvenience.<br> They did not supply the mattress covers and they did not have enough blankets to protect the furnisher, they did not pack the kitchen goods as we discussed. The lorry that arrived to move, was also in a very bad state, the headlight was fixed with a nylon rope.<br> I would not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to move!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
