Our electricity bill increased to an abnormal amount and when we queried to Peter Frost who was the Portfolio Manager for Montana. He had said they would reconcile and amend accordingly. He told me that it was faulty and told a completely different story to my mother saying that the meter reading Company that they use would just throw numbers without checking the readings.<br> <br> Since April/May 2014 we have been querying and no one ever assisted us, last night 03.02.2015 our electricity was turned off and our account is in arrears.<br> <br> I called the office this morning 04.02.25 and Peter is now no longer the Portfolio Manager and I am currently liaising with Lamiyah Shaik, she point blankly tells us that we are liable for this and have to make payment as no. 1 there is no history of a faulty meter..<br> <br> If Peter had told us this from month one of querying we would have taken action! Montana is a crumbling complex, from roof leaks, to cracking paint, with a number of empty units and a gate that never works. It is clear that they are trying to squeeze money out if the few remaining tenants!
