Worse Medical aid in South Africa

I have been with Camaf for 8 months, I am trying to register online so I can track my profile and make and get a view of how much is my savings...etc. their online registration keeps on rejecting all my emails I enter, Saying "email is invalid" , I then send numerous emails to the client services to assist me with the online reg process, NO responses at ALL How difficult can it be to register online, most, if not all providers offer this simple service for peace of mind.
