Very dissapointed with claims not covered

I am on the Double Plus Option. Transitional lenses are apparently not covered from 2015 on any plan. The available benefit for appliances for 2015 was 10 750, this was not enough to cover the total cost of the breathing machine, we had to pay the R5000 difference. There was also not enough savings to cover all our medical claims at the end of the year. So we had to pay in R2600 for a crown, R1400 for Fisio and R800 dr's bill, about R2000 for medications. We contribute a large amount to the medical aid each month and I feel that the cover that we receive is not adequate. We don't have the extra money to cover all these additional costs that the medical aid doesn't cover, so I feel that I should change to another plan so that I can put these funds that I would save on the medical aid to my own \medical savings"to cover the costs. I know that the closing date for changing options was on the 4th of Dec"
