Unpaid medical fees for emergency consult

I had to visit the Emergency Room on the 8th March. I sustained an injury (fracture and torn ligaments) late the night - and proceeded to the casualties early that morning (around 06:50). I am on Network Choice and went to a network hospital at Waterfall Netcare Hospital. My matter was escalated as serious and I proceeded to get treatment, an x-ray, and sonar for my injuries.

Now CAMAF is rejecting my claim, stating that is was ordered by a non-network doctor. I did not have the option to refuse treatment or wait for a network GP as I was in severe pain and I required medical attention. CAMAF should pay for the radiology expenses and related costs as I visited a network hospital and it is completely unreasonable to expect me to not see a doctor in an emergency purely based on the fact that the attending GP is not network-based.
