I would like to send a complimentary message for the amazing service delivery all-round by Azaleah Lincoln, Nicole Titus, Mimi Wheeler and Claims Department.

Initially, I was not a happy client seeing how the outcome of my claim was turning out, however when the team looked into the claim, they did further research and investigations, they went the extra mile, my claim got reassessed then reprocessed. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, very informative, kept me in the loop on progress, followed protocol based on what I shared (of which I learnt a lot from them).
