Still waiting for hospital preauth...
Despite promising a 24h turnaround I've had to aggressively chase Camaf to even acknowledge my requests for hospital preauthorization. They've come back a week later asking for a letter of motivation from the doctor and now its been another week since I submitted that... really horrible to delay something that affects my health and doesn't help to make a stressful time even more so. Why is Camaf so disinterested in my health ?
