Wow CAMAF is just a joke, I went to Dr Thomas Kekgatleope Marumo • Surgeon (Gastroenterologist) at Milpark in Nov 2023 and paid the R1700 consultation fee cash,i took my proof of payment together with the GP's referral letter and send to CAMAF to refund me back the R1700 only to wake up today with a payment notification of R410.70 from CAMAF and when i called they tell me that some Doctors are charging a different rate from that of their and i ask how will i know that so that i can choose wisely next time and i was told that there is no other option. imagine you pay your medical aid monthly and you still have to pay cash again ,i mean my option is NETWORK CHOICE and i went to the Netcare hospital to see a Netcare Doctor
