I am registered on the mother to be program and subsequently received a prescription from my gynecologist who prescribed Steller mamas and I was told I have a 50% co payment when I went to the pharmacy yesterday . Today I called customer care and I was told the claim was processed incorrectly it should have went to through acute. I then called the pharmacy to complain and the pharmacist who called CAMAF was there are cheaper options that he should have advised o and should continue with the prescribed option then will pan and CAMAf will not pay no more than R 152 for my prescribed meds . So my question Is am I going to be penalized for what my Dr is prescribed and secondly why do we have a misleading mother to be prospectors that say 100% SEP
Kind regards Katlego
