More then half of salary taken by CAMAF from a single parent of 2 minor children.

I have had the most traumatic experience, from the day I joined a company, faced struggles in completing form and uploading documents, reached out to CAMAF for assistance, received assistance which was in delay after back and forth communication i was then able to complete the form end of July, early August I then received my membership number bearing in my I have never used the medical aid as I did not have membership number etc.

To my dismay I found out that CAMAF deducts from employees salary from date of appointment. As I speak CAMAF has taken a total of Plus minus R11000 leaving me with close to nothing to my salary.

As a single parent of 2 I am now faced with a struggle of having to pay rent, 2 children's school fees, electricity and water and well as feeding an dressing my children, CAMAF has taken all of the away from me, my debit orders are bouncing, money taken from me for a Medical I had not used but was forced to use on my last day of employment because CAMAF refuses to repay clients because of a policy or agreement between CAMAF and the company.

Paying 3 months of medical aid to the amount of R11 000, having not received membership number from date of membership nor being able to use the medical, how is this allowed taking from a single parents livelihood who is now left in dismay due to a system instilled by companies such as CAMAF with corporate companies, im in shambles
