Membership canceled without notice

I'm 39 weeks pregnant, I start labor and head to hospital. Only to find out my membership has been canceled as of 31 December. No one notified me of this and I definitely did not request this. I have been paying through work payroll so I highly doubt camaf has not received their payment. I had to go back home after the doctor advised that I should be monitored in hospital and now I will be delivering in a government hospital since I cannot afford cash payment in a private hospital. I am irritated, angry and disappointed by all this and it has put my life and my child's life in danger, as stress is not good for me at this sensitive point. And worst of all there is no way of contacting camaf until Monday to find out why my membership has been canceled and why I was not notified of this.
