<p>Hi i submitted my claim on the 5th October for msa refund but to date i have not received anything but lie's from them. I called last week was told should have been refunded by the 7th then the 14th but due to "technical issues" nothing yet again was later told it should clear in 3 days. This mng im told it cleared yesterday already but still nothing shows in my account and non of them bothered to confirm for the correct account number.</p>
