INCORRECT CLAIM and REFUND
I put in a claim for a refund for a consultation at dentist and to my surprise they only covered a portion of the amount not even the 80%, I had inquired before even going to the dentist if they will pay and they said he will be covered in full from my dentist benefit and now they not. I do have funds from my dentist benefits. What sort of **** are you people running, firstly we forced to join the med aid by the company but you guys are not rendering your services well to us.

It is important to note, the Plan that you are on - Network Choice, covers your Specialist consultations at 100% CBT (CAMAF/medical aid rates). The specialist has charged an amount higher than the medical aid rates, therefore the claim has been processed correctly.
The claim in question has been paid at 100% CBT (CAMAF/medical aid rates). The claim is accepted for payment to you with the next payment run, which will be 04 December 2015 and the funds will reflect in your bank account 3-4 working days after the payment run.
