Incompetence

I purchased a set of breast pumps in December. Knowing how medical aids can be I asked for a list of approved pumps I could buy and where I can buy them from. I bought the Landinoh 2-in-1 Electric Breastpumps from Dischem exactly how it reads on the approved list - now you say it's not on the approved list? Seriously! It's been such a back and forth with these pumps now. My claim not being processed or saying it's not the correct format although my claim was in jpeg. We had the same issues with the apnoea monitor too and now my pumps aren't on the list which I clearly saw they were, else why would I ask for the list in the first place? I find it strange that seeing that I changed plan options now all of a sudden I experience such a delay in sorting these claims. Seems to me like CAMAF is stalling to not pay or think that I'm uninformed of my benefits. You are not the cheapest medical aid and I can always take my business elsewhere. This service has been the worst!
