I want to change benfit option immediatly please
Once again there is cronic medications that are not paid in full. I cannot start the year like this again paying for medication out of my own pocket. Yes you have contacted me and said that this is not possible but I insist that you make a plan to get me off this medical aid option so I have funds available to pay the medical aid bills.

Please note that we require a motivation letter to be submitted to the scheme manager for review of your request.
The claims already paid will be reprocessed as per the new benefit option and should there be any monies owed to the scheme the member will be liable.
The chronic medication currently approved will also be reviewed upon the chosen option.
