Please assist, I'm having a huge problem with communication when it comes to Camaf.<br> <br> Late year in September or October if I'm not mistaken, I requested to change my option plan but did not get a responses till today.<br> <br> I still have not received my membership card. <br> <br> I have sent numerous emails, went to the website and sent requests there as well but nothing. Went on Twitter as well still nothing.<br> <br> Can I please be assisted. <br>

I have tried to make contacted with you telephonically to no success. The mobile number we have in our records rings and does not have an option to leave a voice message. I've also tried the number provided in the post and received a message that the number does not exist on the MTN network. I wish to advice as follow:
Our records indicate that your membership was activated effective 01/10/2014 where you made an option selection. There has been no request to change your option thereafter of which needs to be submitted through you HR. You will be able to make a change of option at the end of the year for 2016.
Your membership card was delivered to your HR in 2014 and has been recently returned to us by them as you have collected it though they have notified you. We've received the card back on the 21/05/2015 and it was then posted to your postal address we have on record.
Kindly contact us to ensure that we have your correct details.
