Full of lies!

I was forced to move to CAMAF due to change of employment and I have had the worst experience ever since! I am 7 months pregnant and registered for the Mother-to-be-program, received my pre-authorization fro my bed booking but I waited in a Dischem for over an hour trying to get a breast pump, but told that I am not eligible for the this benefit. Why make your members go through all this hassle to cross hoops in order to get these benefits only to waist their time in the end? I sat on the phone with multiple call center agents who could not give me a reason as to why I cannot receive a benefit I am eligible for. I am disgusted and I am so anxious about giving birth as I am already anticipation more broken promises from this medical aid !!! This is not how you treat expectant mothers!
