Disgusted in CAMAF

It all started on the 8th of June 2019. I phoned CAMAF discussing speech therapy for my eldest. The lady on the phone said CAMAF covers everything as its a network speech the******. To my dismy CAMAF covered nothing. I sent a Facebook message complaining and the CEO answered me telling me that the head of ops will resolve this matter for me. The speech The****** then sent the bill to CAMAF of which CAMAF covered but then afterwards never again. I am stuck with a R4800 bill which I have been trying to pay off due to the CAMAF not bringing their part. I am extremely upset about this and it putting so much financial pressure on me and having a new baby soon is not good for my stress levels even after I have declared on my application form that both my previous pregnancies my babies were Prem. I am not happy with CAMAF at all for putting added financial pressure on me where I need to pay the full speech the****** bill and my child that needs to be bul**** for having a speech issue.
