Disappointed by the Mother to be programme

Good day, I sent registration documents for the mother to be programme in July/August 2019 and was told to send again in December 2019. I then sent the documents again on the 7th December, i kept following up on my registration as i wanted to claim for a breastpump and apnoea monitor before giving birth. I gave birth in January 2020 and was told that my application was still not processed as Camaf had backlogs. My application was only approved in February after months of being sent from pillar to post. I then went to claim for the breastpump and monitor in April but Dischem and Clicks had no stock. I then went again in June and was told that most of the monitors on the list have been discontinued and there was also issues with nappi codes for the one i wanted and there were stock delays due to lockdown. I went to Dischem over 8 times this in June and July and there were no stocks of the monitor. Fast forward to today, I went to dischem and they had a couple of apnoea monitors in stock but then was told my medical aid doesnt cover the monitor i chose. I then went to Clicks and to my delight they had the breastpump in stock and when i tried to claim it said I dont have the benefits. I've never been this frustrated, i pay Camaf over R9000 every month for my premium and all i get is below par service. I've spent over 2months running around with my newborn exposing her to all these viruses thats been going around just to get the breatspump and monitor, now i'm told that I dont have the benefits.

Kindly assist

Thank you for the prompt response. I will await feedback. Just a sidenote for future, make sure you align with the stores on the items on you list. Its an inconvenience to be running around looking for something that has been discontinued especially in these unprecedented times where you need a permit to move from point A to B.
